PACCA negotiates tuition rates and credit costs with two- and four-year public and private institutions of higher education (IHE) based on public community college and Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education tuition/credit rates. The chart below provides more information on the status of our agreements with Pennsylvania based higher education institutions, along with the type(s) of degrees that TEACH. can fund at those institutions.  Please note that some higher education institutions may offer other early childhood degrees or credentials that are not funded by TEACH at this time.

Funding for Child Development Associate (CDA) and Director Credential coursework is available through the Rising STARS Tuition Assistance Program.
