"Since we have partnered with PACCA to offer T.E.A.C.H. scholarships, we definitely have more students pursuing an AA in Early Childhood Education, but more importantly we have noticed a much greater enthusiasm for professional development."

What can participating colleges and universities expect?
Participating institutions become partners in the T.E.A.C.H. program and its efforts to improve the quality of child care in Pennsylvania. PACCA enters into a Letter of Agreement with each participating higher educational facility stipulating the tuition rates, fees and time frame for the agreement. This agreement also includes authorization for participants to charge their tuition to PACCA. Upon receipt of an invoice, PACCA pays the college 100% of the approved tuition and fees for authorized scholarship participants.
A scholarship counselor is assigned to each college to assist in the implementation and administration of the scholarship program.
